Welcome to this podcast where we will be discussing Neurodiversity which affects between 15–20 % of the UK population.  According to the National Autistic Society, 45% of neurodivergent people have lost or left their job because of challenges due to being misunderstood, with 102 cases being heard at employment tribunals in 2022 where employees said that their neurodiversity was part of the reason for the discrimination they experienced.
